About the roleThe Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Financial Controller who'll combine data management and regulatory expertise to create compliant regulatory reports.

What you'll be doing- Leading production of external regulatory reports and internal MI for capital and/or liquidity regulatory submissions, including CoRep, LCR, PRA110, leverage ratio, and large exposures
- Improving best practices by optimising control and governance systems, with clear documentation for all regulatory submissions
- Ensuring reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs, ensuring that regulatory information is prepared and disclosed in a consistent manner
- Explaining regulatory concepts and requirements, including capital calculations, liquidity methodologies, and key ratios to key stakeholders in a professional and concise manner
- Reviewing and evaluating new/changing reporting rules
- Supporting the review and implementation of new products, including reporting requirements and key metric impact (e.g., capital and liquidity ratios)
- 2+ years of experience in financial/regulatory reporting within a UK-regulated bank
- A drive to bring best-practice control and process to an ambitious and growing function
- Knowledge of Basel III, CRD IV, and CRR, including CoRep, reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to understand and investigate complex issues
- Excellent control awareness
- Good planning, problem solving, and organisational skills
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions
- An ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- A proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change
- Experience working in a challenger bank environment
- Poland: PLN10,700 - PLN15,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
