What you will do

Kick-start your career in animal nutrition and join a collaborative, learning-driven environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, develop technical and analytical skills, and contribute to real projects that make an impact on animal health and sustainable food production.

  • Learn how to formulate animal nutrition products using industry-leading software and tools.

  • Support the creation of diets that improve animal health, growth, and performance.

  • Work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Procurement).

  • Gain hands-on experience managing formulation data and internal systems.

  • Contribute to cost calculation and understand how product pricing is built.

  • Help forecast raw material needs and get exposure to supply chain planning.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products and processes.

  • Be involved in the development of new products and innovations in animal nutrition.

Who we’re looking for

  • Agronomist engineer or veterinary

  • Master’s degree in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition (valued)

  • Understanding of animal production systems and feeding practices

  • Experience formulating diets and updating formulations based on customer and sales needs (valued)

  • Excellent communication skills with a personable, customer‑focused approach

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • English fluent (B2)
