This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.

What you will do :

  • Analyze Disney+ commercial performance across Spain & Portugal, identifying key drivers of subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement and net growth

  • Develop insights and recommendations that directly influence strategic and operational decision-making across the business

  • Own forecasting, trend analysis and performance planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities against business targets

  • Partner with local and regional stakeholders to evaluate commercial initiatives and their impact on subscriber performance

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership audiences

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand business trends, customer behaviours and market dynamics

  • Act as the primary trading and planning expert for Spain & Portugal within the wider EMEA Disney+ organisation

  • Collaborate with EMEA Analytics, Finance and Trading teams to ensure alignment on forecasting methodologies, performance measurement and strategic priorities

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience using advanced analytical techniques to evaluate business performance, identify key business drivers and inform strategic decision making.

  • Strong expertise in SQL and working with large, complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.

  • Proven ability to develop forecasts, performance models and scenario analyses within a commercial environment.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and business outcomes.

  • Experience influencing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and presenting insights to senior decision makers, tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to business priorities and strategic opportunities.

  • Ability to independently manage complex analytical projects, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and partner cross-functionally with business, analytics and commercial stakeholders.
