Michelin-Starred Sushi Omakase Restaurant in Ibiza, Spain is currently looking for an experienced Sushi Chef specialized in traditional omakase cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a serious, high-level gastronomic project in one of Europe’s most unique destinations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional omakase sushi
• Strong skills in:
• Fish cleaning and breakdown
• Sushi rice preparation
• Tamago preparation
• Traditional knife techniques
• Nigiri preparation
• Japanese appetizers
• Ability to work directly at the sushi counter in front of guests
• Understanding of the precision, rhythm and discipline required in traditional omakase service
• Basic English required (translation support available if needed)
