How you make an impact.
Provide top-notch support to B2B customers via phone, email, and chat
Collaborate with customers to identify effective solutions
Brainstorm with colleagues to enhance the Customer Experience
Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management daily
Utilize the latest technology and AI to develop expertise
Manage payment inquiries from sellers and buyers on various platforms
Improve Trustpilot reviews and company NPS through exceptional service
Flag and escalate customer queries while proposing suitable solutions
Optimize business processes to enhance the customer journey
What we value in you.
Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
Customer service is second nature to you, prior experience in the field is an advantage
Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful interactions
A keen interest in innovation, including chatbot integrations
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges effectively
Ability to think outside the box and consistently deliver customer solutions
A technical or financial background is a plus
Proficient with computers and possess lightning-fast typing skills
