  • Periodic safety inspections in the offices.
  • Support on management & investigation of accidents and incidents (reporting to HSE Manager).
  • Assist in the coordination of all HSE activities for the work centers (offices and regional delegations), as well as activities to be carried out outside the work centers (events, promotions, etc.).
  • Promote the HSE culture by coordinating the dissemination in the teams and promoting good Health and Safety practices in all teams.
  • Collaborate in the inclusion of HSE in any activity of the company (logistics, quality, maintenance, production, purchasing, marketing, etc...) that is carried out or ordered and, in all decisions, taken, interacting with the different areas.
  • To create safe habits and ensure the safety of the workers in their charge, monitoring, complying with and enforcing occupational safety and health (OSH) standards in the company's cross-cutting areas.
  • Participate in and defend Internal and External Audits, including Legal Audits, ISO 45001 / 14001 certification.
  • Interlocution with the External and Mutual Prevention Service for the correct management of delegated or outsourced activities.
  • Ensuring the updating of the EVR of workplaces.
  • Updating/implementation of emergency plans and drills in the centers under their influence.


  • Supervise and record the training and information of all employees in its area of influence, providing the training actions that are mandatory for the SPA.
  • Monitoring of the company's own health surveillance campaigns.
  • Elaboration, revision and modification of work procedures and instructions
  • Promote prevention and awareness of subcontractors.
  • Other administrative tasks related to the position.
  • Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data;
  • Be aware of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area.
  • Gives assistance to the QHSE Manager with clients’ HSE requirements and assists in compliance.
  • Assists with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems.
  • Responsible for providing HSE Manager with feedback on HSE performance and ensuring reporting on time.
  • Conducts HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
  • Feed of necessary information on CAE Platforms (Coordination of business activities), e-Gestiona will be a plus.
  • Follow-up of the planning of preventive activities.
  • Analysis of the context and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of risks and opportunities.
  • Participation in HSE committees.
  • Collaborate with the correct functioning of the company.

REQUIREMENTS


  • University degree or postgraduate degree in PRL (in the specialties of Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
  • Experience (or at least complementary training) in IMS audits (possess knowledge of ISO 45001 and IS0 14001) and as an Internal ORP Auditor is recommended.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as HSE Technician.
  • Have knowledge of safety at work legislation. We will also value it on the environmental part.
  • CAE Platforms (Coordination of business activities), e-Gestiona will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), Level of English B2 or higher.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Driving license
