Administration Assistant

Location: Palma de Mallorca

We are a dynamic recruitment company specializing in Luxury, Royal Residential and Family Office recruitment . We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team.

Exclusive Household Cavalry operates as a proud division of the umbrella company Yacht Crew Recruitment and Training. Together, we form a powerful and dynamic presence in the ultra-high-net-worth space, delivering exceptional service and expertise across both residential and yacht-based staff and training.

This position offers significant potential for growth and development. Within the next 6 to 12 months, there is the possibility to transition into a more client-facing role, allowing you to build lasting relationships with our elite clientele and further establish yourself as a trusted professional within this exclusive industry.

If you are comfortable communicating with a range of different personality types both in person and online, this could be for you. We want someone highly organised, detail oriented and capable of multitasking across administrative and creative tasks.

Contract: Full time in office.

Start date: January 2025

Duties

Administration and Sales Support

  • Conduct reference checks and accurately enter data into our system
  • Upload and manage candidate documents within our files
  • Manage EHC email enquiries by replying and filing relevant information
  • Help to organise recruiters calendars with booking in calls for new clients or 'hot' leads
  • Assist in following up with outstanding invoices
  • Support sales efforts by researching linkedIn and other platforms for new connections and identifying potential clients
  • Assist in business development by continuous networking, dock walking SuperYachts to enhance brand awareness and build contacts.
  • Assist the Marketing team to create and update content across social media, website and email marketing
  • Monitor and reply to all comments and messages across multiple platforms
  • Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the growth of our client base with a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 1,500.00€ per month
