Contexte et environnement

  • Spain is a priority country for TotalEnergies in Europe. It has a portfolio of more than 5 GWp of solar projects under construction or development in Spain, which positions the Group as a major player in the country's energy transition.
  • This solar power portfolio will enable the Group to cover the electricity consumption of its industrial sites in Europe: to do this, the Group will purchase nearly 6 TWh per year of green electricity generated by its Spanish solar sites through a power purchase agreement covering more than 3 GW of solar farms. This will be the largest corporate PPA in the world.
  • Very highly competitive environment.

Activités

Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager and working closely with the O&M Team (TAM Team), the Junior Asset Manager will carry out :


1. Asset Management Policy Implementation

  • Assist in implementing Terib's asset management policies, including budgeting, long-term planning, procurement, and quality review processes.
  • Support the handover process from EPC/Project Development to Asset Management.


2. Financial Management and Reporting

  • Help review and monitor SPV budgets and financial performance in coordination with Terib's Finance team.
  • Assist in preparing annual Long-Term Plans (LTP) and business models for assets.
  • Support expense management in compliance with asset budgets.


3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a strong performance monitoring culture.
  • Help deploy and utilize tools for asset supervision and optimization to maximize revenues.


4. Stakeholder Management

  • Assist in managing SPV joint ventures, including organizing necessary meetings as per Shareholder Agreements.
  • Support communication with SPV stakeholders, including local authorities and interested third parties.


5. Compliance and Documentation

  • Assistance in managing Project Documents and Permits, ensuring timely submissions post-handover.
  • Help prepare periodic reports required by applicable laws, JV agreements, TTE Headquarters, and financing processes.


6. Service Provider Management

  • Assist in supervising and monitoring SPV service providers, excluding those related to O&M activities.


7. Knowledge Sharing and Standardization

  • Contribute to cross-functional information sharing within Terib, supporting the consistent roll-out of standards and regular lessons learned sessions.


8. Local Content Programs

  • Support the management of Terib's local content programs, enhancing the company's integration with local communities.

Profil du candidat

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably with exposure to solar PV asset management.
  • Understanding of asset management principles, including partnership relationships, financial asset performance, and permitting management for renewable PV assets.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy business landscape in Spain.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development in renewable asset management.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a rapidly evolving industry.
