That’s why we need you! For our station at Barcelona we are currently looking for:
"Vehicles Fleet Administrator"
Role Purpose:
The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles and equipment are in optimal condition and compliant with regulations.
Important: Applicants must have a disability certificate of at least 33%. (No incapacitation preventing driving functions)
Key Accountabilities:
Vehicles:
• Ensure proper maintenance of the fleet, keeping vehicles clean and organized.
- Coordinate with mechanical workshops for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Move vehicles within the airport and take them to the workshop as needed.
- Report any detected issues during fleet inspections.
- Manage and update vehicle documentation, including ITV, inspections, and airport accreditations (“R”) in coordination with the Purchasing Manager.
- Oversee and maintain vehicle equipment, such as GPS, tires, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, nitrogen discharge systems, jacks, etc.
- Handle accident reports in collaboration with the rental entity.
Equipment:
• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of tractors and GPUs with the airport’s internal service provider.
Materials:
• Purchase various supplies (e.g., drill bits, brushes, cleaning products, etc.).
- Collect packages from local stores.
• Collaborate with other departments on assigned tasks as needed.
Working Experience & Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate formal education.
- Technical knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Language skills: Spanish and English.
