We are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience with CM systems like WordPress
• Experience with design programs and strong desire to learn.
• Advanced user in excel and all other Microsoft Office Package.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish native speaker.
• Fluent in English writing.

Your role in the team

• Intranet Ownership: Manage Allfunds’ intranet as a central internal communications hub, creating and curating engaging content, key updates, and proactive stories. Collaborate with IT and partners to maintain functionality and implement new features as needed.
• Internal Communications: Lead internal communication touchpoints across channels to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and priorities.
• Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Identify, write, and publish on-brand stories showcasing Allfunds’ milestones, culture, and strategic developments—positioning the company as a leading wealthtech.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with the design team to deliver high-quality communication materials, including internal banners, campaign assets, and videos.
• LinkedIn Management: Own the LinkedIn channel (organic and paid), overseeing planning, publishing, monitoring, and performance analysis to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track KPIs across internal platforms and LinkedIn; generate regular reports with insights, benchmarks, and improvement recommendations.
• Vendor & Invoice Management: Coordinate with external vendors, manage translation and media services, and ensure timely invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Team Support & Quality Control: Support the Communications team in reviewing and refining written materials, content submissions, and key presentations (e.g., strategic decks for leadership).
