Danish Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €23,875 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus
Purpose of the Role:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them establish their first online advertising campaigns, playing a crucial role in their business growth. You’ll work in a target-driven environment, contributing to both individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant for clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
- Increase client spending, upsell services, and ensure sustainability.
- Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone calls.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
- Good time management skills to organize daily tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for customer interaction and business ownership.
- Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Native level of Danish and a high level of English.
