As an International Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across various regions. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can identify new opportunities, foster strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new tech and channel partners to expand our global reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell and implement our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize partner engagement and success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partner initiatives with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partner strategies.

About You:

  • Curious and Open-Minded: You have strong communication skills and can define product needs in international markets, specifically Spain.
  • Innovative: You thrive on working on projects that offer great technical challenges in the field of cybersecurity and are ready to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Proactive: You take initiative and are eager to contribute new ideas. We value proactive individuals who are comfortable working in international teams.
  • Leadership: You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and feel comfortable in a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales/development experience in the cybersecurity/compliance industry, with a passion for business development.
  • Languages: High proficiency in English and Spanish is a must;, and other languages are beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be the first line of communication with our partners.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity processes and products, specially on the GRC part. Previous experience with cybersecurity/SaaS platforms or compliance legislation (GDPR, NIS 2) is a plus.
