What you're gonna do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized (Technical) Implementation Manager to join our team.

• Support customers through API implementation: Explanation of functionality, consulting of best practices for implementation, UAT
• Update and maintain documentation
• Communication with customer and developer
• Bug tracking and testing

That's you

• 1-2 years experience as implementation manager, QA specialist, application manager, project manager
• Fluent English is a must have, excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Analyst mindset
• Hands on mentality
• Self-organized, reliable and quality driven
• experience with SNOW or comparable software
• business knowledge device as a service market is a plus
