Job Posting: Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) for our Online Shop

About Us:

We are an online shop specializing in cannabis seeds and related products, offering our customers a unique and wide range selection of high-quality products. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to take our online presence to the next level and elevate our marketing efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

- Content Writing for Products: Write engaging, persuasive and keyword focused product descriptions that excite our customers and highlight the benefits of our products.

-Social Media Management: Plan, create, and maintain content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Telegram, Reddit,....) to increase brand awareness and reach our target audience.

- SEO Content Optimization: Analyze and optimize our website content for search engines to increase our visibility and drive organic traffic.

- Email Marketing: Design, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and boost sales.

-Banner Advertising: Create and design banner ads for our online marketing activities to generate attention effectively on relevant cannabis forums and pages.

-Offer Creation: Develop tailored offers and campaigns that meet our customers' needs.

Your Profile:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, similar field or competence acquired through own work experience.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the e-commerce sector.

- Solid knowledge in SEO, social media, and content marketing.

- Creativity and a strong sense of trends and target audiences.

- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and common graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

- Independent and structured work style, as well as strong team spirit.

-Knowledge about cannabis, related products and typical scene conditions.
