We are passionate about creating life-changing opportunities for our participants, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to inspire and support future English teachers in Spain.

Position Details

• Position: Remote Full-Time Sales/Communications Representative
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Compensation: Competitive salary during a 3-month probationary period, with the potential for an increase upon successful completion.
• Status: Autonomo/a required (don’t worry – we’ll assist with the paperwork if you’re not already Autonomo/a).

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in our mission to inspire and support future participants of the Teach English in Spain program. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Prospective Participants: Speak with leads via phone, email, and Zoom to share detailed information about our program.
• Building Excitement: Enthusiastically convey the benefits of teaching English in Spain and experiencing Spanish culture firsthand.
• Answering Questions: Provide clear, honest, and thorough answers to questions about the program and application process.
• Building Relationships: Establish trust by understanding each participant's unique goals and demonstrating how our program can help achieve them.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the RVF International team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new participants.

• Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Sales-Savvy: Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
