Who we are
At Novalins, we’re not your typical translation company. We’re 100% specialized in medical and life sciences translation, combining AI-powered technology with human expertise to help global healthcare organizations expand safely, quickly, and efficiently into international markets.
With ISO-certified quality, a powerful AI-enhanced workflow, and a growing reputation in the MedTech and pharma world, we’re scaling — and we need a smart, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to help us get to the next level.
This is the first time we are hiring a marketing position at Novalins, which means everything has to be built from scratch. We’re looking for someone who can guide us, propose the right strategies, bring fresh ideas, and work independently while building our marketing foundation with us.
What you’ll do
One of your first and most important missions will be to contribute to our upcoming company rebranding. We are about to redefine the way we present our services, and we’re looking for someone who can help us bring this vision to life by creating a clear, modern message and impactful visuals that will resonate with our healthcare clients worldwide.
Additionally, you’ll be in charge of two core missions:
1. Brand visibility & content creation
We want to be known as a smart, human brand in medical AI translation.
- Design and maintain brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement assets.
- Create one blog article + one social media post per week (LinkedIn) to boost authority and visibility (SEO).
- Ensure all visuals and content reflect our brand: clean, medical, modern, and human.
- Launch basic video content initiatives — short explainers, interviews, testimonials (create yourself or coordinate external partners).
2. Cold prospection & lead generation
Your main objective: generate qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
- Build and optimize cold outreach campaigns via HubSpot, Reply, Apollo, and Clay.
- Use AI tools and automations to research, personalize, and increase outbound efficiency.
- Test different outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, hybrid), track performance, and improve results.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to align on goals and messaging.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written communication.
- Strong design sense and hands-on with Canva or similar tools.
- Proven experience in cold email/LinkedIn outreach using automation platforms.
- Skilled in AI tools for marketing (e.g., prompt engineering, GPT-powered content generation, enrichment tools).
- Tech-savvy and eager to experiment with new automation tools and growth tactics.
- Obsessed with details and aesthetics — your work must be visually and structurally perfect.
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative: you’ll work with Sales, the General Manager, and co-founders.
