Your Role in Our Mission
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a vital role in expanding Sensorfact’s presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll introduce industrial businesses to our cutting-edge solutions, helping them reduce waste and achieve greater efficiency—all while contributing to our sustainability mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify high-value leads and potential customers.
- Initiate contact via phone, email, and video calls to generate interest in our solutions.
- Present the value of our offerings to decision-makers at leading companies.
- Schedule product demonstrations between prospects and our Account Executives.
- Continuously develop your sales skills through training programs, with opportunities to grow into roles like Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development.

Your Ideal Profile:
- Native-level German and business-proficient English skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.

- A team player who values honesty, intelligence, and a willingness to learn.
