Retail Rocket is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on website platform support, customer database management, and CRM marketing.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in website platform support, customer database management, and CRM marketing. In this role, you will ensure our website is optimized for user experience, manage and analyze customer data effectively, and develop targeted CRM marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Product marketing
  • Collaborate within product marketing team and other departments to drive go-to-market campaigns and product launches
  • Create collateral materials in collaboration with content and design teams
  • Website Support and Development:
  • Be the owner of website development and support. Make sure that marketing pipeline is accurately build through such digital assets as website and landing pages
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO. Run experiments and tests to improve conversion through the website and LPs through UX/UI optimisation and content marketing.
  • Make sure the visitors' experience and product onboarding is consistent and value driven
  • Be responsible for adding content, product and other digital assets to educate, onboard and convert website and LP visitors in cooperation with creative team
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to maintain and update website content.
  • Implement and analyze website analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop landing pages and other web assets to support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. Check digital assets created by other team members to make sure they are aligned with branding guidelines and best practices
  • Ensure the website reflects the latest product offerings, company news, and updates.
  • Lead and curate the technical aspects of website development, working closely with web developers and IT teams. Lead marketing tech stack implementation
  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and security meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to maintain and update website content.
  • CRM Marketing:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the company’s CDP and CRM system to ensure effective tracking and management of customer interactions and data.
  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to different audience groups.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep the client base accurate, actual, integrated within other corporate systems. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work on omnichannel account based targeting in digital in cooperation with performance marketing managers. Manage the cadence of omnichannel communication.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to engage and inform the client base, including newsletters, email campaigns, and product updates.
  • Manage customer feedback and surveys to gather insights and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for website, CRM, and marketing campaigns to measure success and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Use data and analytics to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics for better results.

Your Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent English
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on website management, CRM marketing, and customer communication
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, SEO best practices, and user experience design is a must. Proven experience in website development and support
  • Comprehensive knowledge in A/B testing and marketing analytics is a must
  • Experience with CDP and CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to lead the technical aspects of website development and martech stack management. (No-code, Wordpress, Pipedrive, Zapier, Metad ads and Google ads pixel, collaboration with the development team, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
