Your Responsibilities

• Scheduling and organizing team members.
• Guiding, motivating, and leading staff.
• Monitoring and managing key performance indicators.
• Conducting regular pre-service briefings.
• Operational management of service processes.
• Being the on-site point of contact for our guests.
• Independent and accurate end-of-day accounting.
• Close collaboration with the kitchen crew.
• Participation in regular meetings with company leadership.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the hospitality or gastronomy industry.
• Passion for your profession, people, and quality products.
• Well-groomed appearance, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Talent for organization and the ability to lead a team.
• A strong sense of quality and high standards.
• A positive attitude toward service and hospitality.
• A warm, welcoming presence and natural hosting ability.
