We are looking for service minded people who would like to work in the sunny Jamaica and are not afraid of dealing with clients face to face. Our dive centers are open 365 days per year therefore we do not offer seasonal employment. You can stay working with us as long as you would like to.

This job is not remote, it is to work in the actual base. All countries and nationalities are welcome.

Our team members are multicultural, friendly, easy-going and above all highly professional. The mood is very international because employees and clients alike make up a mix of many nationalities, especially from Europe and North, Central and South America. Tasks:

Welcome customers and listening to their needs

Organizing our front desk, manage the diving and course agenda

Promote our activities.

Requirements:

As for most hotel jobs or tourism careers, English is a must. It is important to have good communication and sales skills. Furthermore, you need to be an enthusiastic, hardworking and service minded individual with good people skills.

What we offer:

Basic salary.

Very good sales commissions.

Free breakfast and lunch daily.

Income bonus after 6 months employed.

Diving is expensive therefore commissions are high and it is not hard to sell at all as customers from hotels attend directly the dive center.

2 month welcome lodging

Work conditions:

Working hours are from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM with 45 minutes break for lunch at the hotel where we are located (breakfast and lunch are included daily for free), 5 1/2 days per week as it is usual in the tourism industry.
