Job Description
Are you an experienced environmental consultant with Contaminated Sites? Are you fluent in Spanish, and comfortable speaking it with clients about complex projects? Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative and empowering culture?

Your new role
As our new Graduate Consultant, you will engage in an exciting array of projects with fieldwork in contaminated sites, overview of remediations, reporting and subcontractor management. Ramboll has undertaken projects in Spain and Portugal since the 1990s and operates offices in Barcelona and Madrid since 2006. Our nearly +90 professionals apply their broad international experience to deliver innovative solutions aimed at making our societies more resilient and more sustainable. We support national and international clients, and our work involves daily collaboration with a broad team of experts located in our Business Units across the globe. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Field work across a range of complex projects in contaminated sites
- Performance of subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, risk assessment and remediations.
- Subcontractor overview
- Reporting and stakeholder management, keeping close ties to clients and understanding of their needs
About you
- Proven experience in the field of Contaminated Sites
- Fluent proficiency of Spanish, as well as English.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, geology, chemistry, biology or similar; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Knowledgeable of applicable local & European legislation.
- Strong health and safety background and behaviour-based safety.
- Familiar with AutoCAD/GIS and other standard software.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
