We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our students and teachers during educational and recreational trips. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about working with young people in a vibrant international school environment. Previous experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or in a similar role is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential to become a part of our successful team at International College Spain.

Role Overview
As a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips. You will help ensure the safety, engagement, and enjoyment of all participants while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany and supervise groups of students on trips and activities.
- Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and safety protocols.
- Engage students in activities, ensuring their active participation and well-being.
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents following established procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and service providers during trips.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or similar role is preferred.
- Valid Certificate of Sexual Offenses Clearance (mandatory).
- Availability to work during school trips, which may include overnight stays and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic first-aid training is a plus.
