What you're gonna do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tender Specialist to join our team. The Tender Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, ensuring that all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

• Oversee the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents, ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to gather and communicate accurate pricing and offer details to customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Act as the point of contact for customers throughout the tender process, providing timely responses to inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
• Develop and maintain a structured tender process, ensuring consistency and compliance across all submissions.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes, and generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

That's you

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent English & German skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
