We are looking for Implementation Consultant to join our Product team in Barcelona.

As Implementation Consultant you’ll be interacting with our customers. This is a great opportunity to work with our global accounts and their internal teams to implement Drug Safety Triager (DST). The Drug Safety Triager is our next-generation pharmacovigilance (PV) literature monitoring software, created to help life sciences organizations meet their regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance. The Drug Safety Triager streamlines literature screening workflows through automation, configurability, and an intuitive user interface.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 5+ Years' experience as an Implementation Consultant or similar
  • Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience
  • Experience in working closely with Global customers on International Projects with multiple teams.
  • Experience leading customer discussions to walk through requirements, conduct product demo and provide solutions to customer problem.
  • You have relevant project experience, working with project management, engineering and quality assurance.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in the life Science industry, implementing processes and configurations related to pharmacovigilance or related area.
  • Detail oriented and desire to become a product subject matter expert in the field of pharmacovigilance for medical literature monitoring
  • Relevant experience working in a GxP or related environment with SOPs, change control and work instructions.
  • Professional experience working with or supporting commercial software products.
  • Ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and execute creative solutions to complex challenges, including advising on best practice approach and integrations with the customer’s systems
  • Create clear presentations and communications to a given audience, i.e. management, peers, and external customers.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Performs product configuration based on customer requirements, including planning, and executing solutions to complex challenges and first-time system integrations. Create, edit a data gathering workbook, run configuration workshops.
  • Working closely with product, sales, technology, development operations teams and project management
  • Interprets and understand customer requirements and workflows and translate into solutions that accelerate implementations.
  • Performs and documents implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
  • Work in JIRA to create tasks, collaborate and support, including Creating Change Control Requests
  • Support customers during hyper-care after go-live to ensure successful implementation
  • Contributes to the development and improvement of overall process and procedures.

Hours or Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
