Task description:

- Lead and develop the customer service team

- Manage and optimize service processes (ticketing, escalation handling, KPIs)

- Assist in the creation of technical service documentation and FAQs

- Act as the main interface between customers, technical departments, and sales

- Handle complex service cases related to battery storage systems and inverters

- Analyze support cases and identify improvement opportunities

Your Profile:

- Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written)

- Proven experience in technical customer support, ideally in the PV, battery or inverter sector

- Previous leadership experience in a service or support team is a plus

- structured approach; efficient problem-solving

- Familiar with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce or similar)

- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
