Who are we looking for to be our next Real Estate Agent?

We are looking for a person with very good interpersonal skills, good energy, a natural sense of service and high motivation together with strong team spirit. Does this sound like you? Then you can be our next Real Estate Agent.

We believe that the ideal candidate has an existing knowledge of the local property market, experience of direct B2C sales within the real estate industry and wants to grow together with our entrepreneurial team at the office in Marbella. We are looking for an independent real estate agent willing to work on a freelance basis (autonomo) and managing your own leads and clients. You should be a pro in finding leads, clients and closing deals, we believe you thrive in a performance- and goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

· Fluent in English, it is a qualification if you speak Spanish and/or other languages.

· Driver’s license and availability to your own car.
