Job Title: Visa Sales Consultant [Remote Job, Legal/Immigration/Economics Background]

Location: Full Remote (Candidates can reside anywhere, with a preference for Europe)

Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) as a contractor

We simplify the immigration and tax process, offering a seamless, expert-led experience. Our clients are entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers looking to relocate with confidence.

Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional to join our team as a Visa Sales Consultant. Your mission will be to convert high-intent leads into paying customers, providing clear guidance on immigration requirements, tax considerations, and our service packages. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate their relocation process with confidence and closing deals that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers via video calls, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Guide clients through the eligibility assessment and sales process.
  • Pitch and explain our visa and tax services to potential clients in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Handle objections and questions effectively to build trust and confidence.
  • Follow up proactively to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with legal and tax teams to ensure clients transition smoothly from consultation to service delivery.
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (B2C services preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics (immigration & tax) in a simple and engaging way.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and online sales processes.
