Strategy & Leadership

• The Global Head of PR, Communication & Influencers will be responsible for shaping and executing Hoff’s global communications strategy, amplifying brand awareness, and fostering meaningful relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs.
  
  
  • This role is pivotal in positioning HOFF as a global brand, strengthening its narrative, and ensuring a strong presence in key fashion and lifestyle spaces.
  
  
  • Additionally, the role will oversee corporate communications to ensure alignment across all external and internal messaging, reinforcing HOFF’s reputation as a dynamic and growing brand.

Execution & Impact

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global PR, corporate communication, and influencer strategy that aligns with HOFF’s brand positioning and international growth objectives.
  
  
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier media, journalists, stylists, and industry opinion leaders across key markets.
  
  
  • Lead influencer marketing efforts, identifying and collaborating with creators and tastemakers who align with our brand values.
  
  
  • Oversee all press materials, corporate messaging, and media strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with HOFF’s evolving brand identity.
  
  
  • Work closely with internal teams to amplify key brand moments, including product launches, collaborations, flagship store openings, and activations.
  
  
  • Manage agency partnerships and external PR consultants, ensuring best-in-class execution of global and regional campaigns.
  
  
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and influencer impact, providing strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  
  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to ensure Hoff remains relevant and innovative in its communication approach.
  
  
  • Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
  
  
  • Set and track KPIs to measure the success of PR and influencer initiatives.
  
  
  • Lead corporate communication efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Location: Madrid / Hybrid with availability for travel in our HQ (Alicante)

Experience: +6 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

‍‍ Leadership: Proven track record of leading successful global PR and influencer campaigns, with a strong understanding of international markets, media landscapes and cultural nuances, demonstrating high ability managing projects, budgets, and external agencies efficiently.

We are international! A proficency level of Spanish & English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
