Weighing-Net, the e-commerce channel of Gram Group in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and capable Internal Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional fluent in English (essential for UK and Northern European markets) eager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer support on our e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for customers interested in our weighing solutions, ensuring a seamless, supportive purchasing experience.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough product guidance to potential and existing customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable weighing solutions for their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, maintaining effective communication with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Proactively enter orders and manage customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt and reliable customer support.
  • Acquire and deepen technical knowledge of our products to enhance sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English. We value if the candidate is proficient in a second european language (especially Spanish, German, French, Dutch or Italian).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer support, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to learn and understand technical products; experience in selling technical products (hardware, software, industrial equipment, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
