Job Description
The CRM intern will support the JF CRM team in achieving CRM daily tasks.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in CRM and Marketing automation, helping to implement and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, analytics, and customer orientation.

What you will do:
  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Support the CRM team with daily planning, implementation and optimization of the CRM calendar, campaign content and test process across our European markets.
  • Support on creating briefs for all our daily CRM campaigns, assign them to the right department and follow up until the campaigns are ready to be scheduled.
  • Refreshing and maintaining onsite banners and assets for our specific and recurring CRM campaigns.
  • Participate in the brainstorming and development of new ideas for customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends, tools, and best practices.
What you can bring:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication
  • High level of English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset to understand and optimize performance of your campaigns.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Iterable, Emarsys, etc.).
