ERM is looking for a motivated and proactive “Internship Consultant” to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. Working under the direction of project managers and Senior and Principal Consultants, the candidate will work on interesting consulting opportunities both national and international. As part of our dedication to excellence, we offer a dynamic internship program designed to nurture talented individuals interested in pursuing a career in health and safety management within the corporate sector. Once the internship/training ends you might have the opportunity to become a Consultant in this service:
  • HS Auditing and safety services
  • Process Safety projects
  • Fire and Atex safety projects
  • Industrial safety regulatory compliance
  • Risk assessments and hazard analyses.
  • HS Compliance register.
  • Support in HS training programs
About you
We are looking for motivated people with a passion for sustainability and safety processes and the following background:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in occupational health and safety, process safety, engineering, or a related field.
  • Master as HS upper technical level for Spanish regulation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, with a particular interest in process safety, fire safety and Atex.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential safety risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools. PowerBi knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in energy efficiency will be valued.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations in HS and HS and PS management systems.
  • Proficiency level of both English and Spanish.
  • Availability for travels (if required).
  • Data analysis experience will be valued.
