Where your skills are needed

• Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;

• With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;

• Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;

• Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.

What will help you to master future challenges

• We welcome applications with excellent written and spoken language as well as good English or German skills. Finnish, Danish or Swedish as a 2nd language is a pre;

• Some experience in customer service;

• Excellent computer and typing skills;

• Commitment and passion for the world of lamps and our customers;

• Strong team spirit and a desire to develop potential.

• You have a Spanish social security number - without it, you cannot start working for us!
