As a visionary leader in the communications field, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global narrative for our company, driving brand awareness and reputation, and amplifying our impact across diverse audiences.

About the role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive global public relations and press strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee a team of PR professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials that effectively convey the company's messaging.
• Secure media coverage in top-tier publications, broadcast outlets, and online platforms.
• Manage and respond to media inquiries, ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging.
• Proactively identify and address potential public relations crises, developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media sentiment, and industry trends to inform PR strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging communication trends and technologies to enhance the company's PR efforts.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a communications department or agency, with focus on luxury or fashion/retail industry
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing global public relations teams.
• Expertise in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and reputation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Strong media relations acumen, with a proven ability to secure media coverage in top-tier outlets.
• In-depth knowledge of the global media landscape and industry trends.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
