Your role

We’re looking for a RDC position to join our Natural Specialty Business Unit in the Castellón and Valencia area, a results-driven sales passionate person to actively seek out and engage customers.
In this role you will be responsible for developing the business in each of the clients in its market, by achieving the objectives of sales, distribution, exhibition, promotions, and prices, applying the Company's strategy at all times.

What you will do
Commercial Objectives

  • Achievement of sales objectives by-products and distribution by brands and varieties.
  • Responsible for the sale and order taking, as well as the development and implementation of business plans for customers in the assigned market (veterinary clinics, specialized stores, breeders...).
  • Know and communicate the activities of the competitors in each of the market segments.
  • Elaborate the Monthly Sales Forecast of the clients of the market assigned. Monitor and control each one of the agreements that are established with each one of the clients of the market.
  • Update the database of customers in the area.

Point of Sales Development

  • Apply the promotional campaigns
  • Manage the Point of Sales most efficiently. Place and maintain the Point of Sales material in perfect condition.
  • Obtain prescriptions for our brands from the veterinarians.
  • Detect business opportunities, with the ultimate goal of gaining market share at the Point of Sales.

Client Relations

  • Describe and update the main needs of the group of clients of the specialized channel, including veterinarians.
  • Inform and, if applicable, give specific talks on nutrition, merchandising, and consumer and market issues to the channel's customers.
  • Attend and represent the company in the main veterinary events in your area or in another area if required.


What we are looking for

  • Degree in Veterinary, Biology, Pharmacy or similar
  • Previous experience in a FMCG Sales Department
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Passion for sales and eagerness to learn
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Availability to mobility
