The Junior Quality Compliance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of customer service interactions. The primary responsibility is to evaluate recorded calls and provide feedback to enhance overall service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the quality and compliance of customer service calls according to set parameters.
• Audit recorded calls and document findings in weekly reports.
• Escalate cases that require senior review or are ambiguous to senior analysts.
• Identify areas for improvement based on call evaluations.
• Provide feedback to agents and supervisors based on their and their team’s performance and trends.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Prepare reports that organize and synthesize call evaluation data, highlighting key findings and insights.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in call quality control (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

100% On-site, Office in the city center of Barcelona

Working schedule: Monday-Tuesday 9.30-18/ Wednesday-Thursday 12.30-21/Friday 10-16

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: 18.000,00€ al año
