- Supporting the coordination of training-related projects or programme strands, covering the content, methods, organisational aspects and team coordination.
- Coordinating the creation of educational audio-visual content, including conceptualisation, script writing, liaising with subcontractors, quality assurance, etc.
- Contributing to other capacity-building services, where relevant, such as mutual learning, coaching, train the trainer, leadership development, etc.
- Contributing to growth and work-winning, when relevant.
- Other tasks, as required.
Essential requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in sociology, social policy, education, psychology or a related discipline.
- At least seven years of professional experience, of which at least five relate to designing and delivering training courses and curricula (and associated content and materials) across a range of topics.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including interacting with multi-national, cultural and disciplinary teams across several countries.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English - additional European languages an advantage.
- Willingness to cooperate / network with other training experts across the wider ICF group on new opportunities and latest developments and approaches .
- ‘Can do’, positive attitude, with the ability work flexibly and focus on finding solutions.
- Willingness to travel in Europe and beyond, where required.
