We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social media management and administrative assistant to join agricultural arm our dynamic international team operating in difference segments of the economy. At the moment, it is envisaged as a part-time role (circa 20 hours a week with possibility to work from home and occasional visits to the office when required).We would like successful candidate to take upon the following duties:
- Manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in accordance with approved content plan, highlighting our products and brand story, and interact with followers.
- Handle event sign-ups and promote our participation in local and international events.
- Implement strategies to enhance product visibility in local markets and stores.
- Assistance of day to day running of our Spanish company, preparation of applications, filing, scanning, ongoing correspondence with external professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience in social media platforms in reference to product sales. Strong communication and client management skills.
