Are you passionate about digital products? Do you like the start-up ecosystem? Keep reading! We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the BCome sales team.

What you will do:

In this position as Sales Development Representative for the Europe market, you will join a growing team and help grow sales exponentially! On a daily basis, you are in charge of identifying target clients and decision makers so that you can learn about their business challenges and identify the needs of inbound marketing, sales or technology serving the product as a solution. Your objective is to coordinate meetings for account executives and strive to exceed sales development goals

Who is this job made for?

An individual with a long record of professional experience, demonstrating an apititude for communicating and negotiating, as well as B2B/SaaS sales.

Challenges:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to obtain qualified leads
  • Obtain business opportunities through cold calls and email communication
  • Assist in creating sales objective roadmap
  • Monitor your individual sales KPIs, and ensure you are on track!
  • Understand the complete business and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Schedule appointments for account executives
  • Frequent engagement with international communications (mostly Europe)
  • Define the execution of efficient, effective and scalable sales

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: Native or bilingual level in English, with a minimum Spanish C1
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in B2B sales
  • Min 1-2 years of experience with Hubspot and sales navigator (or similar CRM)
  • Knowledge of SaaS demo processes
  • Experience using multichannel (cold calling, emails, CRM) for prospection
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close the proposal
  • Confident individual with strong communication skills
  • Able to understand the needs of clients

Extra points

  • Experience in fashion or sustainable fashion industry is a plus
  • Experience using Asana is also appreciated.

What we offer:

  • Fixed gross yearly salary plus variable, full time.
  • 25 days’ holiday: the standard 22 plus your birthday, christmas eve and new year’s eve.
  • Flexible hours, you are only required to be available from 10:00 to 14:00.
  • All the necessary equipment so that you can work comfortably .
