• You are responsible to provide food and beverage service according to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Be fully knowledgeable of the beverage program and the recipes of all the cocktails on the menu.
• Providing an exceptional guest service experience to all guests
• Ensure that the fridges are always stocked and in a presentable manner.
• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and guests
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, serving, and mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Following recipes correctly and maintaining consistency
• Recommending and suggesting specialties to the guests through menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
• Processing payments
• Managing inventory
• Cleaning of bar supplies
• Following health and safety serving regulations
• Complying with all food and beverage regulations
• Verifying age requirements
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
• Following all opening, daily and closing duties
• Anticipating guests' needs and responding urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requests
• Handling all guest complaints in a professional manner and contacting your manager when necessary
• Following closing cash out procedures
• Arriving to work punctually, wearing a clean and correct uniform, and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Maintaining a good teamwork relationship with colleagues
• Must attend and participate in staff training and daily lineup meetings
