Travail à distance | Contrat Freelance | Français (C2) Requis

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience handling premium customers and want to work flexibly? We are looking for freelancers to join our team and provide a high-end customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, offering premium support
  • Help resolve technical and eCommerce-related issues
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
  • Update customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer satisfaction goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional, at least C2-level French proficiency
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Background in eCommerce (Magento/Shopify knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Availability of 25-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule
