If you want to live customer service at its best, we have the ideal job for you. We are looking for new members to join our team as Digital Trust and Safety Analyst with Portuguese (m/f/d)

Next Training Starts on: January 7th, 2025

Overview of tasks:

  • Back office support only
  • Taking over general administrative tasks
  • Provide online support for specific cases
  • Achieving and ensuring the quality standards

We are looking for:

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
  • Affinity with back office services
  • Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • Full time or Part-time (weekend shifts) with flexible schedule

We will offer:

  • Permanent employment contract
  • Attractive salary of 9,846.15€ (Part time) to 24,000€ (Full time) gross per year and fully paid training period
