Our client is a top retail company, and as part of their expansion, they’re looking for a motivated team player with a strong service mindset to support the DACH market from our office in Barcelona.

Tasks

  • Managing incidences and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners
  • Supporting the back office team
  • Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
  • Providing a professional service by working proactively
  • Maintain a high level of quality at all time
Requirements

  • A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
  • Prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, being able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus
  • Any experience in accounting is a plus
