Our client is a top retail company, and as part of their expansion, they’re looking for a motivated team player with a strong service mindset to support the DACH market from our office in Barcelona.
Tasks
Our client is a top retail company, and as part of their expansion, they’re looking for a motivated team player with a strong service mindset to support the DACH market from our office in Barcelona.
Tasks
- Managing incidences and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners
- Supporting the back office team
- Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
- Providing a professional service by working proactively
- Maintain a high level of quality at all time
- A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
- Prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, being able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus
- Any experience in accounting is a plus
- Full-time position Monday - Friday
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working model (1 day in the office)
