Descripción:

From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Scrum Master for a stable project.

Location: Madrid.

Full remote.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, and report upwards to management.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master. (+3 years)
• Very strong with JIRA (+3 years).
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
