What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Workday Consultant to be part of our team working with a highly digitalized customer.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Roll out Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules for one of our Global clients already implemented Workday. Client is based in Europe having Workday team’s in Malaysia and Europe.
  • Provide day-to-day AMS Support in Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules along with working on enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support on incident tickets and change management in sprint cycle.
  • Act as the primary interface between UST Clients and the practice.
  • Establish successful relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from client teams to translate them into Workday configuration requirements for our global delivery team (onshore and offshore)
  • Partner with customer teams live on Workday to support end users via resolving functional and configuration issues, ensuring data integrity, delivering enhancements, and achieving greater process efficiencies.
  • Manage/support Workday system modules and integrations, support semi-annual upgrade processes, and deploy new functionality as approved.
  • Facilitate problem solving between customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners.
  • Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for enhancements and development including business process configuration, testing, and other troubleshooting support for at least two of these modules in addition - Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Security, Performance/Talent, and Custom Reports.
  • Work effectively to support client satisfaction and success, while growing USTs footprint and reputation
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements, analyze the issues and develop a robust solution.
  • Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators for our customers.
  • Identify and resolve issues and challenges specific to the AMS and post-production industries, utilizing a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients and partners.

What UST expects from you?

  • Must have Workday Time Tracking Certification and implementation experience for any of the countries in Europe.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Workday Project Implementation, build/ configuration and BAU Support.
  • Extensive hands-on configuration experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
  • Configuration experience in at least two of the additional Workday modules preferably: Core HCM, Security, Talent Management, Core Compensation, Benefits and Reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
  • Experience building and leading Workday teams.
  • Experience managing senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations.
  • Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones (this is not a 9 to 5 job!)

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).
