We are looking for an IT Sourcing Expert (x|f|m) for the IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Department at Sartorius Spain S.A. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global IT sourcing position at Sartorius means you'll be navigating diverse stakeholder needs, aligning vendor strategies with business goals, and driving cost-efficient, high-quality IT outcomes. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies to meet business objectives, including hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing

• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to secure favorable conditions while minimizing risks

• Analyze IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance

• Work closely with finance, and legal teams to align sourcing activities with organizational needs and compliance requirements.

• Stay informed on IT market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.

• Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor performance, supply chain disruptions, and contract compliance

• Streamline procurement processes, leveraging technology (e.g AI, Automation) and best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency

• Provide regular reports on sourcing performance, vendor metrics, and cost savings to senior management

What will convince us

• Several years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing and vendor management related roles

• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.

• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and build strong vendor relationships.

• Proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and vendor performance metrics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Experience managing sourcing projects, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with procurement softwares and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Business Fluent in English, German would be a plus, round off your profile
