Key responsibilities
- Conduct property listings, viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients.
- Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong client database.
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales strategies and achieve team targets.
- Uphold Bjurfors' reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Fluency in English
- Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
