Your responsibilities will include:

• an in-depth knowledge of Altea and listing properties
  
• and verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies
  
• client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Lucas Fox listed properties
  
• business in assigned areas through activities like property prospecting, networking, and more
  
• our CRM updated with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements and activity levels

Requirements

• 
  experience in real estate, with specific knowledge of Altea's key areas
  
• understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes
  
• in English and Spanish (Native/Advanced) - Dutch or German will be considered a plus :)
  
• excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve top results
  
• and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team
  
• with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands-on
  
• customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
