Job Title: Customer Care Representative

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Barcelona. You will play a crucial role in providing top-tier service to our French-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and product or service-related questions, ensuring that each customer receives timely and effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-first approach. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, building trust and loyalty along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer Issues Across Channels: Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and online chat in both French and English, focusing on resolving issues efficiently and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Assess and Address Customer Needs: Accurately identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction, providing tailored and relevant solutions for each individual case.
  • Deliver Personalized Assistance: Establish meaningful, interactive connections with customers by personalizing responses, demonstrating empathy, and addressing their unique situations.
  • Provide Accurate and Comprehensive Information: Utilize the right tools and methods to deliver precise and thorough information, ensuring customers are informed and empowered.
  • Contribute to Team Goals and Metrics: Work collaboratively to meet both individual and team goals, prioritizing timely issue resolution over call handling quotas.
  • Ensure Consistent Quality and Adherence: Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain high-quality service and a consistent customer experience.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers, proactively addressing their needs and delivering an exceptional customer care experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Bilingual: Proficient in French and English (essential).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle written inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support practices is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different customer personalities.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts (8-hour shifts, 5 times a week).
