Job Title: CRM Executive

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and retention.

Role Overview:

As a CRM Executive, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, and on-site messaging. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement promotional calendars, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to enhance the customer experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive innovation in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create compelling and personalized content for various communication channels, leveraging creativity to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to refine marketing actions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and implement automated lifecycle communication funnels to enhance customer journeys and improve retention.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both French and English languages.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or CRM roles, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Proficient in CRM techniques, including segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email and web content is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Fast Track CRM, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
