Position: Operations Controller

Salary: Spanish Agreement

Role Overview:

As an Operations Controller, you will play a key role in learning all aspects of call handling tasks. You will work closely with our team to verify information, update customers, and assist in various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn call handling tasks such as verifying customer information and completing data protection procedures.

Collaborate with work providers to gather and provide information about allocated tasks.

This is not an exhaustive list—

General Duties:

Work in a fast-paced environment to assist customers and arrange vehicle recovery or repair.

Collaborate with your team and line manager for effective task completion.

Dispatch drivers and allocate jobs based on operational needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job details.

Provide high-quality customer service to clients, members, and clubs.

Communicate with customers to keep them informed about the recovery or repair progress.

Calculate costs and process payments as required.

Stay updated with our relevant technologies.

Use tools to provide directions and estimate arrival times.

Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.
